I have always supported opinion that you can make yourself fit without any equipment whatsoever. I exercise regularly using just my body weight as resistance to add strengthening benefits.

HOWEVER...

I also have a weakness to trying new things out, varying my exercise regime and generally seeking new thrills. Did some research before Christmas, wrote a letter to Santa (My Sister and her Hubby) and here is what I got:

! Warm Up (jumping jacks, dancing to favourite tune, anything that increases your heart rate slightly)
! Start (perform 45 seconds high interval,  running in spot,drive your knees high, rest 15 seconds)
! TRX assisted squats (45 seconds)

!Running in spot, high knees ( 45 seconds)
!Rest (15 seconds)
!TRX assisted chest press



!Rest (15 seconds)
!Burpees (45 seconds)

Although not usually mentioned in the product description found on beauty websites - there are other ingredients that make this cream stand out - Sandalwood Oil, Patchouli Oil and Gapefruit Seed Oil. MONDAY MOTIVATIONAL TALK - A VERY SHORT STORY OF T

It was a sunny morning and T got  up earlier than usually. He decided to pop round his Friend's house for a quick chat. 
- I am looking for a system. - Said T
- What system? - asked Friend
- The one that makes my mind work at maximum capacity.
- Are you mad? Why would you need that for? You'd just get constant headache. TRUST me, I am your Friend, you use your brain more than you should anyway.
- But I have been in this state of discomfort lately.... - T continued
- Exactly! - Friend interrupted -  This is because you are looking for something that hasn't yet been invented, just wait a decade or two and some smart scientists will give you your system on a "virtual plate" easy, don't worry about it  now.

The morning evolved  into a ripe afternoon and T decided to call his dad to ask him whether he knows some methods  to make a mind work at its fullest.
- Hi Dad! What do you think?
- I suggest you study at University.
- Should I? Will uni lecturers be able to trigger my mind so that it works at full throttle all my life long?
- TRUST me Son. It helped me get a well paid job, at the time.. - Dad concluded 
- Mmm ...but does it mean you have used you brain to create greater things, to invent valuable situations?
- Son! There are open days starting soon at Limits University.We'll go together.

T was sat at home, late hour of the night started to push his wall clock arms towards the next day. T wasn't at ease. He spoke to his Friend, then his Dad and no one could help him out. T suddenly felt so elated at heart. Pure happiness warmed his body in a sensation of a hot flush. He understood he doesn't need to ask other people how to find the system, he is the is the system that can make the most of his over-active tool - his minds to do now. He knew all he had to do now was to TRUST himself.

Today, I would like to share with you what many of you know already but very few have found  in their lives.
This is a thought that reflects years of searching, experiences, inner discomfort and even pain. This is a thought so obvious, it's hardly recognisable. Thought and a statement, that identifies how we can all accelerate towards our better selves - if not perfect selves.

I am in search for a mentor and  a friend, I crave connection with a master who leads by example and kind word, the word that resonates with great achievements in my life. My mentor, who knows I physically exist and who cares for my progress. He/she is the MOTIVATION I only ever needed. So simple, yet so hard to earn - The  ENTHUSIASTIC FAITH in me, right at the beginning of my journey. Mentor who will GENEROUSLY share his/hers wisdom in return for my SUCCESS.

  This thought carries a  powerful message. Now that you have read it and it touched your heart, it may be that you are searching for MENTOR. He/She validates the purpose of your dreams - both personal and professional. Mentor is someone who shows you are not just going to "fight with windmills" throughout your life. Mentors are there, ANGELS ON EARTH, for all of you. Just NEVER GIVE UP LOOKING!
