EPIC PERFORMANCE - THAT'S IN PRINTED CROP TIGHTS ONLY

18:17 Melka 0 Comments

These two outfits are combined with printed crop tights, the latest trend in Sports' Fashion. As I am a big fan,  I decided to create two styles and see if I could propose interesting looks.

EPIC PERFORMANCE - This look is built using the "many shades of one colour" rule as a base and giving it a stylish twist with neon like details. The tights are so cool on their own, I chose this flowery pattern with geometric print to tempt  feminine types of athletes to sport this design.

EPIC PERFORMANCE

EPIC PERFORMANCE 2 - In this option below, I went for a rule of  "contrasting colours" with bottle green of the  tights, long sleeved top and hoody on one side - ruby red of the bra and the bag on the other. Trainers are adding in colour range here,  they are to add agressive visual effect to the whole look. I don't know if this has ever been researched or proven but since I started running in my bright orange trainers, my fitness results increased, - due to mental boost through colours that psychologically impact performance. Hmm.
The tights here are printed again, irregular, all over dotty/patchy pattern on them makes this outfit so much more exciting and of course, more cool sporty.

EPIC PERFORMANCE 2

As much as I enjoy playing with fashion, I don't do it because I have too much spare time on weekends, I do it to see if  styles I create are of any help or inspiration to you, my readers. Please give me feedback, like, hate, suggest, ask, wink, approve, reject, make me think, educate me, anything you want to do after reading this, just don't stay silent.

Melvita BIO-EXCELLENCE Micellar Toner - REVIEW

18:26 Melka 2 Comments

Melvita BIO-EXCELLENCE Micellar Toner earned its place on my blog for three reasons:
  1.  it contains Damask Rose water
  2.  it can be used as one-step facial cleanser
  3.  it is an Eco-Certified product.

1.
Rose extract works wonders for my skin. I discovered this exciting rule after trying other miraculous formulas that contained this ingredient.(reviews still to be published).  Melvita Micellar Toner smells delicately of fresh Damask Rose. Aside of rose water, this cleansing toner is a blend of bitter orange water,  lavender water, centaurea cyanus (cornflower) water and blackcurrant water. Altogether, it creates a sligtly fruity, floral scent that is well balanced and not overpowering.  I'd love to have this rosy top note lingering on my skin for longer, unfortunately it fades away immediately after application.

Why do I like Rose Water in my skincare products?
- powerful anti-ageing properties
- perfect for dry, damaged or prone to redness skin
- improves elasticity and firmness
- strengthens protective barrier of skin
- evens out the skin tone by soothing irritations
- feminine and sensual scent

2.
I always look for simplified skincare regime therefore one-step cleansers are in demand. Melvita can be used both as a toner to remove remaining traces of impurities, or completely on its own as a cleanser, toner and  awakening water. I used it as an all rounder of course and it gave me satisfying results. My face felt fresh and clean, and got a gentle treatment without feeling tight or dry. I had to utilise two cotton pads soaked with Melvita Micellar Toner to get desired results so there may be a slight issue in terms of the time this product will serve you.
I had difficulties removing my mascara, which is never a waterproof type, but found that holding a cotton pad soaked with Melvita Toner against my closed eye for a few seconds while pressing gently helped rid of stubborn dirt.

3.
Melvita  states 99.59% of total ingredients used in Micellar Toner comes from natural origin, and 56.66% from Organic Farming. The brand itself originates from France, founded back in 1983 by a keen biologist and beekeeper - Bernard Chevilliat. His passion for nature resulted in skincare line that set grounds for organic and ethical approach.
I noticed that Melvita Micellar Toner had a long list of ingredients on the label, which were a mixture of Latin and English terms. I found potassium sorbate listed on my 35ml, travel size version, whereas website doesn't include this preservative. Something to double check if your skin is super sensitive.

Considering the vast amount of natural products with Rose Water available, I wouldn't buy the full size of this particular toner but it is still a good quality cleanser packed full of plant extracts that soothe and protect the skin. It costs £15.50 per 200ml bottle which makes it a spend very close to the high-end price tag.

There is a different Melvita product though I would love to try in the near future - it is the new Field Cornflower Water For Eyes - could this be my potential around the eye area skin rescuer?

Next up, in the queue for a review I have Arbonne Calm Gentle Daily Moisturiser. I will also be looking for natural eye cream reviews on blogs so please drop me a line if you reviewed any.

Fresh Workout Look

11:00 Melka 0 Comments

Fresh Workout Look

I created this look to show how switching from most often worn black to lighter colours can uplift both your mind and body for a more effective workout. The key colours here are silver slate of capri pants  and sparkly grey  of the hoodie. They blend in with white shades of tank top and stylish sportsbag creating a balanced effect. Subtle accents of lime and peach are sure to bring out the sporty spirit of wearer. Purple trainers are a contrasting juxtaposition with the whole outfit but not clashing. (please be aware that I used this model of shoes for aesthetic purposes and don't know much about the fit or performance as I have never tested them).

Everything you see on the picture is by Under Armour, a make created by Kevin Plank back in 1996, former American football player, who was fed up with cotton sweat drenched t-shirts. He   introduced a moisture-wicking fabric that keeps athletes dry, cool and hence, performing better.

I am a natural skincare enthusiast but when it comes to sport clothing, I usually wear the engineered fabrics as they don't leave you looking like a mermaid emerging from deep waters of your own sweat . I have done some research on bamboo fitness clothing before and must admit, I still haven't tried it, so  here's something to put on "to do" list.

Hopefully I inspired you to refresh your sporty wardrobe, don't hesitate, ditch the black and beat your personal best this Summer.

3 BLOGS YOU SHOULD ADD TO YOUR READING LIST AND WHY

04:54 Melka 0 Comments

As a blogger, I read a lot of articles and posts available on fertile soil of online platforms (metaphors are sexy, please writing experts, don't advise me to get rid of them). Whereas a portion of new content makes its way to our consideration way too often, it is important to be picky and control what we read, how much and what topics we want to read about. We can process only certain amount of information in a day anyway in order to get the most of our studying.
I have chosen three blogs that I visit regularly, without a fail. Why? I have very strong reasons to do so.
Read on.

If you want to be good at something, find the people who do it right and copy them. This statement perfectly explains why I read this blog that is mainly written for men by a man whose grooming knowledge exceeds expectations of the most demanding readers. Every product reviewed here, receives a thorough and honest insight on branding, packaging, price, and most importantly - the quality of the formula. This blog reads itself, narrative talent of the author shines through each new paragraph published on here.

I value this blog highly  for knowledgable advice, experience in the world of blogging and honesty. Another thing I am really passionate about in  The Male Grooming Review is that its preference is to test all natural skincare so nasties aren't allowed on this blogger's well groomed face. Ladies, check it out.

This blog first captured my attenttion with its Raw Nature Fuel Protein Energy Seed & Nut Bars Post. I have always been a healthy  eater and articles about super foods are staples on my reading list. I am so glad I came across this one. It teaches you how to prepare natural snacks and meals in easy to follow steps, it gives you fascinating information on nutritional density of certain foods, it simply proves healthy meals are scrumptious gifts from nature for you to savour.
It's not just about good food here. By following this blog you'll find out about yoga and author's personal practice to stay fit, energised and in tune with herself. The article about running strongly agrees with my own opinion - those who think it's not for them, must try it, as they'll be astonished how quickly they can improve on pace, distance and cardiovascular fitness.

This blog has  hugely helped me in bringing  new healthy dishes to my, once very boring, table. It literally fuels my body and mind as the title suggests. I am following through all media possible.

Natural beauty is the theme that attracted me to this space. The author's expert outlook to skincare and make up earns trust from the readers and keeps you longing for the next post. It's simply, that good. Well structured articles give the feeling of clarity. Each review here is written ruled by th esame guidelines, therefore information on specific products can be found very easily.
My personal affection towards the classy Mademoiselle Nature is the aesthetic aspect of the blog. Visit now to see for yourself, how the title, logo and layout harmoniously co-exist to bring unforgettable reading experience, you won't want to leave this page. It's a combination of minimalistic yet attractive design with engaging content. The quality of the photos must also be mentioned. Blogging at its best.

I hope you enjoyed my personal recommnedation of blogs, they really provide insightful opportunity for us to learn and be inspired by.

Because I am fairly new to blogging, I am not sure how to nominate  a blog for recognition award. I would love to hear some advice on that please.

Late Monday Motivational - Simple route to ACCOMPLISHMENT

12:47 Melka 0 Comments

I did my 6 mile  Sport Relief 2014 run yesterday but my actual challenge started the day before. With so many things to catch up with in the evening, early night plan went through the window, my lucky running pants were still rotting in the laundry basket and a slight worry of not being fully healthy (achilles heel strain) for the race creeped into my head. All these circumstances lead to a big nightmare race when I finally got to bed.

In the  morning...
With half open eyes, I got myself ready for the race, my favourite running pants dry and fresh (Phew!) waiting to be pulled on. Coffee, twitter update...mail checking, more google+ update, and off we go with my laid back friend who subscribed us for this whole venture. It's not that I was a nervous wreck but my running buddy was so annoyingly calm, there was nothing else for me but to accept this state of  pre-race bliss.

Race in progress..
We were at half way point, 3 miles done exactly, when I realised, there was no pro super fast athlete in front of me to stick behind, my energy levels still high, no anxiety, no tiredness, no worries in my head. I also realised, I have done this so many times before, those 6mile runs, 10, 12 milers - for myself, by myself, no admiring supporters cheering on. I took the lead.

Crossing the finishing line as the WINNER
I won it with clocking the average 43minutes 30seconds finish time. I stood next to my fighter friend Omar who came second by a pin head distance (he was the more competitive side of our team)  and we were happy, simply and with no bells and whistles around, just enjoyed the moment of  ACCOMPLISHMENT. We ran 6 miles to help disadvantaged children and we ran it with pleasure (a little less pleasure for my friend, more lung pain here :)).

Those moments of accomplishment are the magic everyone of us lives for, whatever discipline us humans choose to be good at, on professional or personal level, we strive for that second or two when we can truly feel  we achieved something - not big, not life changing even at this time but something that creates a bigger deal later, in my case,

The moral ot the tale...
This ACCOMPLISMENT HOWEVER WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE without one FACT- it was  EVERYDAY BABY STEPS I chose to take towards becoming a runner. My everyday choice of keeping fit, doing the training was a straight route to ACHIEVING my little success that Sunday morning.
My anxious pre- race state will from now on be replaced by confidence.

Dear Readers
Make sure you are in charge today of your tomorrow's achievement.

p.s. Special thank you for Mrs Abdulgani who cheered us throughout the whole race, and to my amazing mam, dad, my sister and her husband for the distant support. :)

BLOGGERS LIKE IT

This style would appeal to the more eccentric readers who like to mix comfort with feminine, sexy look. One rule that will always make this outfit unique is this - Wear a tee with a statement print on it.Yes, it may be all about eye catching pictures on social media but when it comes to real life, and real people wearing real clothes - it's better to give them something to read off your chest. With your "one of a kind" tee you will drag attention, you will spark curiosity, you will have a small chunk of your personality exposed, of course if you chose to wear a statement tee relevant to what you do or believe.
The leather pencil skirt and quality handbag add a touch of  luxury to this creation, the shoes however -  high top velcro hybrid between sport trainers and heeled wedges - make you a courageous, style mixing fashionista.
The coat is just the pure symbol of a true woman in you, loving the belt at the waist, and fluffy texture of this artificial fur. Try it for yourself, it's still windy and cold enough for a cosy coat like that.

BAREFOOTED BEAUTY - Martha Hill Moisturising Foot Balm - Natural Foot Cream REVIEW - PART 2

04:11 Melka 0 Comments

One day, during my natural beauty research this foot cream caught my attention for a few reasons - its price, its natural formula with coconut oil included and the history of the brand. I learnt through Beauty Naturals website that Martha Hill is one of the pioneering natural beauty brands, with over 70 years of experience. You will agree that this deserves attention.

It took five years of relentless research into plants and herbs for Martha Hill to come up with formulas for her first face cream. Back in 1960s she created a range that was animal cruelty free and approved by The Vegan Society.

What's more, Martha Hill founded a company (over 40 years ago) that perfectly fits with its beliefs into nowadays market of creating a true value. Here's how she put it:

"In making my range, I was aware that my customers wanted products that were light in weight, unbreakable, took up the minimum of space when travelling, but above all the product itself was the most important factor. I did not wish to embark on a large advertising campaign so each product would stand or fall on its own merit and by personal recommendation from its users". reference http://www.marthahill.com/history.asp

Packaging:
Martha Hill Moisturising Foot Balm comes in white, 100ml squeezable tube, with black writing on it. I really like minimalistic approach when branding, and Martha Hill mastered it to the perfection. Information about the product is clear - Naturally Soothing Moisturising Foot Balm.

Texture and Scent:
Texture of this cream is of soft and silky balm, just like the name suggests. On application, It absorbs very quickly, even on harder skin. A big plus for this.
The cream smells with refreshing mint, and soothing lavender. It is on the mild note, not overpowering and phew.. it doesn't remind me of a vintage type of after shave for men.

Ingredients:
The formula is a blend of natural herb extracts and plant oils. The hero ingredients are coconut oil, tea tree, peppermint oils, lavender and rosemary oils. The one ingredient I am not so happy with is mineral oil as a base to this product. However, this Foot Balm is FREE FROM parabens, artificial fragrance and colourants.

My personal experience and properties:
Martha Hill Moisturising Foot Balm softened hardened parts of my feet, to my astonishment, the results were instant. I noticed  it also absorbs into the deeper layers of the skin in no time. I would say this foot cream is created for "on the go" individuals, who need their feet to be ready for wearing high heels immediately after moisturising. As a fitness addict, I also like the antibacterial properties of tea tree oil, I used it in the gym, it hardly took any space in my bag and sank into my feet quickly even in humid conditions of a shower room.
I would recommend this Foot Balm to anyone, from travellers to athletes, who are in never ending race against the clock.

Summary:
This Naturally Soothing Foot Balm by Martha Hill is worth trying for three reasons which I have already mentioned a few sentences up:

- BRAND'S HERITAGE - there aren't many natural skincare brands that are backed by years of research and  passion to deliver a product that works
- FORMULA - the coconut oil is my persoanl favourite ingredient in products lately and Martha Hill Foot Balm  offers a harmonious mixture of natural oils with the famous Cocos Nucifera and its highly soothing and nourishing benefits.
- PRICE - the cream costs only £7, which provides great value for money, plus, just a hazelnut size amount glides on effortlessly to cover the whole foot area, therefore it will last you longer.

Have you ever tried any of Martha Hill's Skincare? I have flicked through BeautyNaturals Spring/Summer2014 brochure and noticed it offers three different lines of creams - Honey range, Evening Primrose range and Mimosa Range. Please share your experience with Martha Hill or maybe you know of a  natural brand that was established years ago?

FASHION TALK ON PAMPER POINT - BRIGHT COLOUR SHIRT AT AN OFFICE

01:03 Melka 0 Comments

WORKING GIRL

Good morning ladies! If you are looking for fashion inspiration, this blog is a place to visit. We all struggle with "What to wear?" dilemma at some point so I decided to provide you with tips on how to make styling chalenge a little bit easier perhaps.

The above office look stands out simply because the shirt is bright mustard colour, so much more interesting than white. What also makes this style eye catching, are zip details on the skirt and the handbag. I used a Versace pencil skirt but you can choose from variety of zip front  skirts on high street at fraction of a price. Just aim at high waisted version, deep ink to charcoal colour. You will notice those Kurt Geiger stilettos are a third factor that will make YOU a head turning star AT THE OFFICE.

To sum up - three factors that changed the boring office look into a confident, "she means business" outfit are:

- bright coloured shirt
-zip details
-sexy closed toe high heels

Hope you enjoyed this morning fashion talk, please comment, tell me about your office look ideas, criticise if you have to but don't stay quiet. I am here to talk all things fashion and beauty.

Time saving and effective workout motivational tips using items you'd never consider as fitness equipment

09:26 Melka 0 Comments

In order for a workout to take place you need three factors: TIME, SPACE AND ENERGY. Regardless of what excuse you can come up now, you DO have these conditions available to you at some point of your day. Everything depends on how much you want your workout to happen, in other words - Do you have strong reasons to keep fit? Think about it.

Two minutes of thinking later...

Well done! You now know keeping fit is absolutely critical in achieving your health goals and other life targets (through exercise you have more general stamina, you are more creative, you are kinder and more understanding, you learn to be more persistent at work...the list is endless).

Highly effective, enjoyable workouts don't have to happen under strict supervision of experienced personal trainer. You can do it in your own time, using your own equipment you never thought can be used as fitness tool, for free and at home - even in a poky little flat.

BACKPACK STUFFED WITH BOOKS

Dig your backpack out, add some weight to it (put books, bottles filled with water, box of washing powder, etc). You have control over how heavy you want your backpack to be, the thumb up rule however is to challenge yourself with weight here. There - an ultimate sweat breaker to work out with ready to go.

Exercises with backpack

Backpack squat to arm swing - stand with your feet wider than hip width apart, hold your backpack with both hands in front of you, squat down pushing backpack between your legs, as you stand up swing your backpack up in front you with hands straight, aiming to swing over your head, on return, squat again pushing backpack between your legs, perform 10 swings a set. Do 3-4 sets

Squats with weight - put your backpack on your back as you do when on a hike, stand in wider stance,  squat down as far as you can and watch your knees don't go beyond your toes line, hands stretched in front of you, stand back up, place your hands alonside of your body. Do as many as you can. Repeat.

TWO KITCHEN CLOTHS AND SLIPPERY SURFACE

This is my personal favourite to work out with at home. Two kitchen cloths can train your whole body in a time saving, ultra effective way. With these you will strengthen your back, upper and lower abdominals, obliques, arms and buttocks. Please do take my words seriously if  flat stomach has always been your dream.

Exercises with kitchen cloths

Mountain climbers - Go on your fours, plank position, place your kitchen cloths under your toes, make sure your body is straight and  parallel to the floor. Don't dip your hips towards the floor. From here, start sliding your legs towards your stomach, as if you were climbing a rock, bending your knees at  each slide, hands stay in the same spot at all times, alternate your leg motion. Perform for 20-30 seconds if you are a beginner. This exercise is extremely effective as it combines strength with endurance training - double benefit from a single effort. MUST DO

Plank with jack knife - From plank position with kitchen cloths under your toes again, pull your hips and your bum up towards the ceiling, keeping your legs straight, both legs are moving at the same time. Go back to plank position, repeat 8-10 times a set. Do 4 sets.

Forearm plank with leg circles - Plank position again but this time rest on your forearms instead of hands.  From here, slide your legs sideways apart, so that you have them straight but away from one another, now start bending your knees pulling them towards your stomach, as if in circular motion, form under your stomach push both legs back to starting position, perform 10-12 as a beginner, or until total exhaustion if you are advanced.

YOUR BATH EDGE

Attention ladies! Your bath is your sacred relaxation temple but with a little creativity it can also become a great exercise place where you tone your body.

Exercises with bath edge

Arm dips - great exercise to get rid of bingo wings, stand with your back facing your bath, place your hands on the edge of your bath, walk your feet away from bath so that you eventually balance your body wieght on your heels and hands holding on to bath edge. Peform arm dips by bending your elbows and  lowering your bum to the ground, go back up and repeat 6 -8 times. Do 4 sets.

Elevated press ups - now stand facing your bath, place your hands shoulder wdth apart or slightly wider on the edge, plant your toes on the floor away from you  to create an elevated plank position, start bending your elbows to perform pressing motion, lift yourself back up and repeat.

These ideas are just examples of how you could use anything you have around you to throw effective and fun workout. Just with the exercises described above, you will have trained major muscle groups to make you look slimmer and feel stronger. It really isn't difficult to look after your fitness, as long as you consider your health as your priority.

I deliberately didn't use pictures to ilustrate exercises. I would like you to give me feedback on how I did when describing each move. Was I clear enough? Did I confuse you? Would a complete begginer understand me? Help me become better fitness blogger. :)

Barefooted Beauty - Natural Foot Creams REVIEW - PART 1

05:08 Melka 1 Comments

What makes a Natural Beauty? To my humble view, it's the kind smile, caring nature, eating clean and using natural cosmetics. Natural Beauties oversee the importance of looking after their bodies - not just the face or neck - it's the top to toe care.  Natural Beauties walk barefooted on freshly sprung grass fields, on warm sands of long beaches. They also love their garden parties wearing barely there, strappy sandals. They know their feet must be in perfect condition. Considering a natural beauty lifestyle for yourself? Why not start from trying some of my latest finds to prepare yourself for barefooted Summer season.

Excitement has been fuelling my work since I started my beauty blog.  Researching natural brands, both established and new ones is leading to beauty discoveries I never knew existed. They offer the best benefits you could possibly extract from nature, just take a look at this one below:

Packaging:
This FOOT BALM is packaged in a plastic pot with black lid, it has a tidy, branded label with the most IMPORTANT  information about the product. Although we come across that type of containers frequently, this product is still visually appealing in a "modern minimalistic" way. It resembles the brand's manufacturing method - HANDMADE. You know straight away what you hold in your hands and what it is used for. The list of natural  ingredients has Latin terms included therefore may not be easily understood by everyone. The full list of ingredients in English for all products can be found on Naturally Made FOR YOU Website. There's no indication regarding the volume or size of the product.

Texture:
Naturally Made FOR YOU Peppermint Foot Balm has a BUTTER TEXTURE, soft enough to easily glide on all over your feet. On application, it  gives the feet protective layer from  plants and fruits extracts.

Scent and Ingredients:
Naturally Made FOR YOU has a very SUBTLE SCENT, sweet and herbal note, not overpowering, but strong enough to relax the whole body and mind when applying. This is because Naturally Made Peppermint Foot Balm is formulated using rosemary, peppermint and eucalyptus aromatic extracts - natural remedies for tired feet that need re-energising. Coconut oil, jojoba oil, apricot kernel oil and sweet almond oil are all combined together to soften skin, and improve resistance to mechanical damage. The formula of this FOOT BALM is bursting with rich ingredients. Avocado oil is another hero rescuing your skin from severe dehydration, repairing it and helping treat conditions such as psoriasis and eczema.

Properties:
This Naturally Made FOR YOU little beauty wonder is created to soften, moisturise and rejuvenate your skin. It is recommended by the manufacturer to use it as an overnight treatment to maximise the soothing and nourishing effects. As mentioned above, the cream is packed full of rich oils and plant extracts to bring back that sandal "show off"  look to your feet.

My Personal Experience:
It would be fair to mention that my feet are a PERFECT TESTER for all kinds of foot treatments. I love my sports, I sweat the hell out of me on tennis court, run medium distances, train for strength and agility. My feet have suffered from blisters, hardened skin and damaged toenails many times.

How did Naturally Made FOR YOU Peppermint Foot Cream cope?

This wonderfully blended FOOT BALM gave me an immediate relief from achy feet after one of my long training sessions. I experienced this blissful enveloping feeling, as if I had my feet wrapped up with some protective fabric. Aromas of lavender and rosemary were relaxing all my senses. The peppermint scent isn't that obvious, I'd say it is more of a sweet herbal fragrance which I really liked. I used this foot butter as overnight treatment three times and I noticed my skin was softened around heel area and much, much silkier when touched. I probably wouldn't use it as a morning after shower foot cream as it leaves this delicate protective layer of oils, if I was to go for a workout though, I would definitely apply a generous amount before putting my socks on. Overall, it stays on my shelf as an overnight FOOT RESCUE CREAM.

6 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD REVOLUTIONISE YOUR BEAUTY REGIME

04:07 Melka 0 Comments

Let's face it. We are all stuck in our own beauty routines believing it will give us the best skin possible. We stick to one product for at least a month to see visible results. We swear by three stage face cleansing process (wash, tone, moisturise). We become addicts of regular beautifying chores. IT IS ALL FINE AS LONG AS THE RUT WE ARE TAKING IS OPTIMAL FOR OUR SKIN. In most occasions unfortunately, it is far from ok even. That's why redness, blemishes, spots, dryness or oiliness tend to be a constant worry. In this case, start thinking of a revolution. Change everything you can - from the type of product you use to the shape of your cotton pads. Stop believing your skin must go through a worse stage before it can get better. Expect immediate soothing effect at least. See below why you should seriously consider CHANGE.

YOU WILL LEARN NEW THINGS ABOUT SKINCARE
It is by all means the most exciting benefit of implementing revolutionised skin routine. You will go online, You will check  beauty shops, will read about the ingredients and new brands. Beauty products RESEARCH can really take you beyond that topic, from new eye serum through massage techniques to home improvements - you just never really know what will catch your attention. You may discover some interesting blogs you would find useful. Read, learn, choose.

Here are my latest finds. Great source of information

YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO PICK A MORE NATURAL PRODUCT
Another critical point of being rebellious with your skincare regime. With so many high street brands using harmful additives, and the fact your skin absorbs a lot of what you apply on it, you really want to switch to a more natural option. They do work, they are usually loaded with nutrients and powerful plant extracts, you just are bound to enjoy using eco products. Many of them smell delicious or offer spa like experience.

IT WILL REFRESH YOUR OUTLOOK TO OTHER ASPECTS OF LIFE
Without getting too philosophical I can't emphasise enough how refreshing your "same old" beauty regime, will revive many other areas of your life - you'd see that making changes is easy and fun, and that sticking to what is well known isn't always the best bet. For example, I would regularly apply a little bit more of a product than needed, it was my habit that I believed keeps my skin healthier, more nourished. My friend working in beauty industry prompted me to only use recommended amount. I did that and although it was difficult to begin with, now I am more frugal with other stuff, like washing powder and softening concentrate. CONCLUSION: Change one thing - see the avalanche of positive changes.

YOU CAN OFFLOAD YOUR FRIENDS FROM THEIR "BIRTHDAY GIFT DILEMMA" FOR YOU
Once you have decided your old skincare products are going to vacate your bathroom shelves, tell your friends, that you may have new item on your wish list should they want to get you anything. Of course, I am not advising you to ditch half full bottles of expensive potions, finish them, but plan ahead and make sure your BEAUTY REGIME REVOLUTION DOES HAPPEN.

YOU WILL RECEIVE COMPLIMENTS
Although there's never a guarantee whether a new beauty regime will show on the outside significantly, there is a good chance you will smile more, feel revived and more content. These will get noticed and you will want another revolution in your life - new course or fitness challenge?

FROM BEAUTY REGIME REVOLUTION TO NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
There is a very interesting business model starting to make its way in competitive market of beauty industry. It is called "social selling" and it simply means that products are mainly sold by meeting people personally. The benefits of this method are endless. You make new friends, you help people find their perfect skincare, you connect with them by giving them a personalised service - there's nothing more rewarding than a happy customer who knows you. It's building relationships with people that really works here - not just profit making. So, if you are looking for new products to reset your beauty routine and would like some additional income supporting your budget, take a moment to browse through this website https://www.tropicskincare.co.uk/shop/annakurczewska/discover/our-story.html The founder - Susan Ma has worked hard to bring a range of natural and effective skincare and makeup  to the UK market. Her success secret? No compromises on quality and connecting with people she works with. Your revolution with Tropic Skincare will be a rewarding adventure, be it through using their beautiful cosmetics or becoming an Ambassador.

What do you think? Is changing the long term beauty regime a good thing? Do you agree with my reasons?
Comment, discuss, shout if you have to, nod if you agree. :)
